Nicolas Osbert

Nicolas Osbert is Chief, Water, Sanitation, Hygiene (WASH) at UNICEF India. Nicolas comes from a background of architecture and engineering, having earned his degree in Architecture (2000, Paris Villemin School of Architecture, France) with a specialization in urban development, and his degree in Water and Sanitation Engineering (2004, National School of W&S Engineering, Strasbourg, France). He has 20 years of experience in WASH and Public Health in Africa, Latin America and Asia. He currently leads technical teams working in 15 states across India for WASH programming, notably to support the Swachh Bharat Mission and the Jal Jeevan Mission.
