K MAHESH

K MAHESH is an IAS officer of 2009 batch from AGMUT cadre and is currently posted as Secretary, Housing and Town & Country Planning Department, Government of Puducherry. Mahesh is ably qualified with LLB from Delhi University, LLM from London School of Economics & Political Science and MBA from Birmingham. He also has three diplomas from Indian Law Institute and ISIL. He was earlier posted in DELHI as District Magistrate and was twice awarded with the Best DEO award. He has also served in the union territory of Andamans and Nicobar. Mahesh has written several articles on civil services reforms & judicial reforms which have been published in major newspapers like the Indian Express, The Hindustan Times and The Sunday Guardian. He has also co-authored a book on “Judging the Judges” in 2000 which was book reviewed in The Telegraph and India Today.
