MR. AVINASH MISHRA

MR AVINASH MISHRA is a General Civil Service officer , presently working as Adviser in Tourism, culture, Panchayati Raj, Water & Land NITI Aayog (GOI). He is having an experience of 29 Years of working in various positions in GOI . His educational qualifications are B. Tech , M.Tech. (Water Resources) from IIT Delhi . He has been working in the National Policy Planning formulation , Action Plans of the country. He is engaged in the Development Plans, Proposals of the State Governments relating to Tourism & culture ,Water Resources sectors . Also assisted to the Plan Panel of the country in the Analysis and prioritization of various projects in terms of socio economic benefits and its impact. Represented the Planning Commission now NITI Aayog in the various technical advisory committees. Member of Various Committee on Tourism ,culture ,Water Resources including the Committee on Water Resources of Bureau of Indian Standards. He has participated in various Professional Development Programmes organized by National and International Agencies of repute many Certificate programmes such as in “Urban Management and Public service Delivery” from Lee Kuan Yew National University Of Singapore, Public Private Partnership (PPP) in Infrastructure Development” from Indian Institute Of Management Ahmedabad , the Management of Large-Scale Surface Irrigation System for Better Conservation and use of Water Resources from Asian Productivity organization Sri Lanka Colombo Entrepreneurship Development Programme in Solar Energy” from Ministry Of Micro, Small& Medium Enterprises, Government Of India.

He had been associated in various reports and publication and Presented many papers in National and International forums.
